Anyone…and Everyone! From young to old, disruptions in our energy systems cause problems EFT can help. We are all familiar with traditional medicine and therapy, as well as counseling techniques. Alternative, holistic healing practices have made their way into our world and have numerous benefits. But sometimes, for various reasons, we can’t access one or the other, or both, or maybe they just aren’t working for some reason. EFT can bridge the gap, shifting energy to cause major changes – in painless, efficient ways.
So anyone experiencing pain, emotional distress, stress, relationship problems, issues with finances or success, or someone just interested in breaking through a plateau in their golf game, weight loss, or other performance area, should try EFT. Parents can use EFT to help their children (and teach them to help themselves) and to help with their own parenting issues. How Does EFT help – and What Does It Help?
The science of EFT shows that disruptions in our energy systems are the source of the negative emotions we experience. Therefore, it only makes sense that shifting that energy system so it is more in alignment with ourselves again would cause the issue to dissipate. The points of our Meridian systems provide us with exactly what we need to do to readjust that energy. Acupuncturists use needles to do that. Massage therapists manipulate the body’s musculature to help release pent up emotions we hold there. Counselors and therapists listen, build rapport, and provide an environment to help us come to our healing through talk. And doctors use their prescription pads to fix the problem. EFT is simple! It just requires that we “tune into” the problem or negative emotion as specifically as possible, and then stimulate the energy points through tapping through the basic recipe as you will learn to do. Tapping on yourself – that’s all!
Notice that reliving a traumatic event over and over is not required. Note also that we are not saying it is the event causing the negative emotions, pain, dis-ease, or blocks to achieving our goals, but rather our reaction, the disruption in our own energy systems. This energy disruption doesn’t have to occur in all instances, but it can also remain for years. It can also increase with our experiences. The disruption in our energy is what can lead to our pain, illnesses, mental health issues, phobias, chronic pain/issues, emotional upset, or just a lack of success in areas we choose to achieve in. If these disruptions have led to problems we currently experience, it only makes sense to shift that energy through tapping, to help knock down several table legs supporting the entire problem. In this way, even things such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or self-esteem can be helped.
