How to Tap

The Tapping Points & Sequence

Top of the head – crown of head

Inside Eyebrow – where the eyebrow begins

Side of Eye – the outside corner of eye

Under Eye – bone just under eye

Under Nose – between nose and upper lip

Chin – between point of chin and lower lip

Collarbone – about an inch down and to the left or right of the U of breastbone

Under Arm – about 4 inches below armpit

You’ll just be using 2 or 3 fingers to gently tap repeatedly on each of the above points, pictured here.

Tapping Points

Five Easy Steps

1) Identify the Issue – What one thing is bothering you right now?

2) Test the Intensity – From 0-10, how bad is this hurting or bothering you?

3) The Setup – Tap constantly on the karate chop point while stating a phrase that both acknowledges your problem and accepts you in spite of it

4) The Sequence – Tap the points shown to the right while repeating a phrase to remind you of the problem, 5-7 times each.

5) Retest the Intensity Level – From 0-10
